rules and responsibilities

  • The children’s department closes at 19:00 on Fridays on normal weeks
  • Guests with a companion pass can bring their companion for free in Baboon City
  • Own food and drinks are allowed – except beer, wine and spirits
  • All stay and play is at your own risk
  • Children should generally be accompanied by adults – send us an email if in doubt
  • Reckless and rude behavior results in expulsion without ticket refund
  • Vandalism and theft reported to the police
  • Video surveillance is installed in the center
  • Intoxicated persons are not accepted
  • No animals of any kind are allowed
  • NOTE: All pick-up – of children who have been to a birthday party etc. – takes place at the entrance

Changing/breastfeeding: There are changing facilities in several locations in the center. In the toddler area you will find a nursing room with a microwave.

Disabled toilet: Yes.

Smoking: Baboon City is completely smoke-free inside – however, smoking is allowed outside and on our outdoor terrace at karaoke.

Food/drinks: Food and beverages are allowed in Baboon City, but not beer, wine and spirits.

Parking: Parking is available in our large parking lot in front of the main entrance. If this is full, you can park in the lot at the back of the center. This is connected to the main entrance by a walkway over the building. All spaces are free all day.

Charging electric cars: We have 4 Zaptech Go 11/22 kWh chargers and these can be charged via the Monta Charge app

Credit cards: In Baboon City the following credit cards can be used at the entrance and kiosk/cafeteria: Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Eurocard and Mastercard.

Cloakroom: Baboon City’s cloakroom can be used at your own risk. There are also lockers with coin slots.
